The proposed construction of a 1-square-foot projecting wall sign is not compliant with the one wall sign allowable per tenant and the prohibition of projecting signs as stated in the Town of Colonie Land Use Law, Article XV, Sections 190- 83(A)(10), 180-83(B)(2)(C), and Attachment #5 — Table of Permitted Signs.
