Resolution No. 215 authorizing the Town Historian to submit the “Powder House” building located in the Mohawk River Town Park to the National Register of Historic Places. Resolution No. 216 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. in connection with the renewal of the Volunteer Firefighters Benefit Law workers’ compensation coverage. Resolution No. 217 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. in connection with the reinstatement of Summer Camp Participant Accident Insurance coverage for the Town through Berkley Accident Medical Insurance. Resolution No. 218 awarding the contract to B&D Industries, Inc., Spring Electric, Inc., and Middleton Electric, LLC, in connection with Standby Electrical Services for calendar year 2026. Resolution No. 219 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 1 to the contract with Bonacquisti Brothers Construction in connection with the Exterior Door Project for the Police Department. Resolution No. 220 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation. Resolution No. 221 appointing a member and Chairman to the Sign Review Board. Resolution No. 222 awarding the contract to Layne Christensen Company in connection with the redevelopment and repairs of Well No. 5 at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant for the DPW/Division of Latham Water. Resolution No. 223 awarding the contract to K.J.D.E. d/b/a K.J. Electric in connection with annual VFD & MCC preventative maintenance, repair, and emergency support services for the DPW/Division of Latham Water and DPW/Division of Pure Waters. Resolution No. 224 rejecting all bids received in connection with tree removal and trimming for 2026 and authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to re-advertise for the same.
