Request to Amend the Napierski Minor Subdivision Final Plat (2001) in Association with a Proposed 2-Lot Minor Subdivision at 15 Dutch Hill Terrace A two-lot minor subdivision application was submitted for a property at 15 Dutch Mill Terrace on 2.10 acres in the R20 District. The parcel is located within a previously approved 4-lot subdivision (Napierski Subdivision) that dates back to 2001. As part of the 2001 Napierski Subdivision the Planning Board imposed a condition of final plat approval that prohibited any further subdivision of lots. Prior to the Planning Board commencing their concept plan review of the proposed 2-lot minor subdivision the Planning Board will need to determine whether they will support or oppose removing the plat note from the 2001 Napierski Subdivision, which prohibits further subdivision of lots. 4.
