Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign a lease agreement with the New York State Police for its substation on Willow Street as recommended by the Town Attorney. 6. Consider approving the proposed settlement of the tax certiorari proceeding challenging the 2019 and 2020 assessment by Morgan Guilderland Shopping Center LLC for a 16,500sf neighborhood shopping center at 457 Route 146, with a possible readjustment of $3,105.96 in Town taxes as recommended by the Assessor. 7. Consider approving the proposed settlement of the tax certiorari proceeding challenging the 2019 and 2020 assessment by Guilderland Court Holdings, LLC for a three-building apartment complex at 2971-2979 West Old State Road, with a possible readjustment of $2,757.07 in Town taxes as recommended by the Assessor. 8. Consider approving the proposed settlement of the tax certiorari proceeding challenging the 2020 assessment by Brandle Limited Partnership for a four-building apartment complex at 15 Van Evera Drive and Fairway Limited Partnership for a five-building apartment complex at 950 Altamont Boulevard, with a possible readjustment of $410.59 in Town taxes as recommended by the Assessor. 9.
