       The applicant is proposing a four-lot subdivision of 4.78 acres +/- of land
       located in the Single-family Residential (R15) District. There is an existing
       dwelling on the property, with the applicant proposing to create 3 additional lots.
    4. Sketch Plan Review for a Special Use Permit - Special Occasion Facility
       (Beckmann's Brookside Barn) - Chris Beckman - 590 NYS Route 146
       The applicant is proposing a special occasion facility on 31.3 acres +/- of land
       located in the Rural Agricultural (RA3) District. The facility will be used for
       small events such as rehearsal dinners and showers.
    5. Sketch Plan Review for a Special Use Permit - Dog Kennel/Boarding Facility -
       Timothy Rau - 6856 Lainhart Road
       The applicant is proposing a dog kennel/boarding facility on 120.1 acres +/- of
       land located in the Rural Agricultural (RA3) District.
