Consider approving the Highway Department's use of $41,988.00 in Consolidated Local Street & Highway Improvement Program (CHIP) funds for the purchase of a 3-ton asphalt roller form Milton Cat under NYS Office of General Services' contract, as recommended by the Highway Superintendent. 2. Consider adopting a resolution and SEQRA determination regarding the resolution dated May 15, 2018, which accepted NYS Environmental Facilities Corp.'s (EFC) grant funding of $2,372,863 or 60% and the Town's contribution of Water reserves in the amount $1,581,908.00 or 40% of the costs to construct a permanent interconnection (pump station and meter) between the Town of Guilderland and the Town of Rotterdam, construct a transmission line between West Lydius Street and West Old State Road, and refurbish the existing Fort Hunter Water tank, and allow EFC's remaining grant funds and the Town's remaining committed reserve funds for reconstruction of existing equipment inside the water treatment plant and installation of a backwash supply line from the on-site water storage tank to the water treatment plant. Consider scheduling a public hearing for June 15, 2021 at 7pm on proposed amendments to Local Law No. 7 of 2017 for the Pine Bush Senior Living PUD located at 24 New Karner Road, which, among other changes, will replace 96 proposed independent senior housing units with 86 proposed mixed-income affordable senior housing units financed under the State's NY Homes and Community Renewal program. 4.
