AGENDA GUILDERLAND TOWN BOARD TOWN BOARD MEETING JULY 13, 2021 7:00 PM Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Public Comment Approval of June 1, 2021 minutes Public Hearing @ 7pm Consider adopting amendments to Local Law No. 7 of 2017 for the Pine Bush Senior Living PUD located at 24 New Karner Road, which, among other changes, will replace 96 proposed independent senior housing units with 86 proposed mixed-income affordable senior housing units financed under the State's NY Homes and Community Renewal program. Agenda 1. Consider adopting a SEQRA resolution which allows for the use of remaining NYS Environmental Facilities Corp.'s grant funds and Water Department reserves from the completed Town of Rotterdam interconnection project for the reconstruction of existing equipment at the water treatment plant and installation of a backwash supply line from the on-site water storage tank to the water treatment plant. 2. Consider adopting a resolution which authorizes the Town Supervisor to sign documents which allows the NYS Department of Transportation to construct new and/or adjust the Town's water and sewer infrastructure as part of DOT's safety project at the Carman Road and Lydius Street intersection, including the construction of a roundabout and sidewalk. 3. Consider adopting the proposed resolution in support of the Western Avenue Pedestrian Safety Improvements project for the proposed sidewalk from Devonshire Drive to Mercy Care Lane. 4. Consider adopting the proposed resolution in support of the West Old State Road project for the proposed sidewalk from Garden View Drive to Guilderland Town Board Page 1 of 2 Town Board Meeting - 07/13/21 Regina Drive. 5. Consider approving the installation of stop signs on Ridgehill Road at its intersection with West Highland Drive and on Graylon Place at its intersection with Fletcher Road as recommended by the Traffic Safety Committee 6. Consider adopting a resolution establishing standard work and earned retirement days for Elizabeth Markham and Christopher Longo as recommended by the Comptroller. 7. Consider scheduling a public hearing for August 3, 2021 at 7pm for the Water and Sewer District extension for the Fuller Station Road as recommended by the Department of Water & Wastewater Management. 8. Consider approving the reapportionment of $25,982.87 from the Water Equipment line to the Senior Transportation Equipment line to execute and fund the agreement through the 5310 Senior Bus Grant program and secure a new bus for our Senior Center as recommended by the Town Comptroller.
