Carrow & Julieann Diamond - 5820 & 5838 Ostrander Road The applicants are requesting a lot line adjustment, merging 0.9444 acres +/- from 5838 Ostrander Road with 5820 Ostrander Road. 5838 Ostrander Road currently consists of 3.0 acres of land located in the Rural Agricultural (RA3) District. 5820 Ostrander Road currently consists of 49.9 acres of land located in the Rural Agricultural (RA3) District. The applicants are also requesting an area variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals, seeking relief from Section 280-11(F) of Town Code, to permit a single lot exemption of a parcel consisting of 3 acres where 5 acres is required. Due to the applicants not being able to comply with Section 280-11(F) single lot exemption provisions of Town Code, the applicants are required to have the lot line adjustment application (typically Guilderland Conservation Advisory Council Page 1 of 2 Conservation Advisory Council - 08/09/21 approved administratively) reviewed as a minor subdivision (approved by the Planning Board). If the subdivision application is approved 5838 Ostrander Road would consist of 2 acres of land and 5820 Ostrander Road would consist of 51.844 acres of land. 3.
