Public Hearing @ 7:15pm Consider extending water and sewer district service for the approved Fuller Station Road subdivision. Agenda 1. Consider adopting a proposed resolution calling for passing of the For the People Act by the United States Senate. 2. Consider approving the proposed settlement of tax certiorari proceeding regarding assessments for 2017 through 2021 on an educational facility at 1180 Berne Altamont Road resulting in a tax refund of $3,277.00 as recommended by the Assessor. 2B. Consider approving the proposed settlement of tax certiorari proceeding regarding assessments for 2019 through 2021 for two a parcels at the Northeastern Industrial Park resulting in a total tax refund of $14,967.27 as recommended by the Assessor. 3. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign the Statement of Intent for the Town's participation in the Stormwater Coalition of Albany County, and the payment of 2022 annual membership fees in the amount of Guilderland Town Board Page 1 of 2 Town Board Meeting - 08/17/21 $19,146. 4. Consider waiving building permit fees for repair work at 1385 Kings Road due to a fallen tree as recommended by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector. 5. Consider waiving building permit fees for the demolition of the Crounse House, 759 Route 146 as recommended by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector. 6. Consider waiving building permit fees for a temporary sign for the First United Methodist Church of Voorheesville as recommended by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector. 7. Consider adopting new fee schedule for mass gathering permit, dog license and park, and certificate of residency as recommended by the Town Clerk. 8. Consider approving budget transfers to correct data entry errors as recommended by the Comptroller's Office. 9. Consider approving the appropriation of $400,000.00 from Water Repair Reserve (R7) for an emergency water repair as recommended by the Comptroller's Office. 10. Consider approving the appropriation of $65,000.00 from Sewer Equipment Reserve (R6) for new generators and related equipment as recommended by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Management. 11.
