    1. Call to Order
    2. 6185 Johnston Road - 3 Lot Minor Subdivision - Eric Yucai Li

        The applicant is proposing a 3 Lot Minor Subdivision of 2.2 acres located in the


        R15 District. Lot 1 will consist of 0.57 acres and contains an existing residential


        dwelling with accessory structures that will be removed as part of the


        subdivision. Lot 2 will consist of 0.9 acres and is undeveloped land. Lot 3 will


        consist of 0.74 acres and is undeveloped land. All three lots will be accessed


        from Johnston Road and will utilize a shared driveway.


    3. 2801 Old State Road - 4 Lot Minor Subdivision - Michael Biernacki

        The applicant is proposing a 4 lot subdivision of 6.6 acres of land located in the


        R20 District. Lot 1 would consist of 1.11 acres; Lot 2 would consist of 1.08


        acres; Lot 3 would consist of 1.51 acres and Lot 4 would consist of 2.92 acres.


        Lot 1 and Lot 2 would be accessed from Old State Road and Lot 3 and Lot 4

        would be accessed from Fuller Station Road.


    4. 3476 Carman Road - 3 Lot Minor Subdivision - John Raucci

        The applicant is proposing a 3 lot subdivision of 1.51 acres of land located in the


        R15 District. Lot 1 would consist of 0.65 acres; Lot 2 would consist of 0.43


        acres and Lot 3 would consist of 0.43 acres. All lots would be accessed from


        Carman Road.
