Consideration of Concept Plan Approval for a 4 Lot Subdivision - Michael Biernacki - 2801 West Old State Road The applicant is proposing a 4 lot minor subdivision of 6.56 acres of land located in the Single-family (R40) District. Lot 1 will consist of 1.11 acres, contains an existing single-family dwelling with garage, and is accessed from West Old State Road. Lot 2 will consist of 1.08 acres and will be accessed from West Old State Road. Lot 4 will consist of 2.92 acres and will be accessed from Fuller Station Road. 7. Consideration of Concept Plan Approval for a 3 Lot Subdivision - John Raucci - 3476 Carman Road The applicant is proposing a 3 lot minor subdivision of 1.5 acres of land located in the Single-family (R15) District. Lot 1 will consist of a 28,421 sq. ft. lot and contains an existing accessory structure (vegetable stand). Lot 2 will consist of a 18, 752 sq. ft. of land and contains an existing single-family dwelling. Lot 3 will consist of a 18,752 sq. ft. lot. All proposed lots will be accessed from Carman Road. 8. Site Plan Review Associated with a Special Use Permit - Change in Tenancy at 1975 Western Ave - RL Penna, LLC The applicant is proposing a change in tenancy of a 14,744 square feet building on 1.5 acres of land located in a dual zone district; Local Business (LB) and Single-family (R15) District. 9.
