        Approval of minutes (January 7 and January 21, 2020)
        Agenda
        1.        Consider approving the 2020 Rules & Regulations for the Department of
                  Parks & Recreation as recommended by the Director of Parks &
                  Recreation.
        2.        Consider approving the 2020 salary schedule for Tawasentha Park
                  seasonal staff as recommended by the Director of Parks & Recreation.
        3.        Consider scheduling a public hearing for April 7, 2020, at 7pm regarding
                  the application to rezone 89 acres of property located at Relyea Road and
                  Grant Hill Road from Residential 20 (R20) District to Rural Agricultural 3
                  (RA3) District, and refer the application to the Town Planning Board,
                  pursuant to Town Code 280-58(C), for a review and recommendation and
                  to the Albany County Planning Board, pursuant to NYS General
                  Municipal Law 239-m, as recommended by the Town Planner.
        4.        Consider authorizing instructor rates and course fees as recommended by
                  the EMS Division.
        5.        Consider the appointment of Lee Carman as a member of the Guilderland
                  Industrial Development Agency to fill the unexpired term of Sean
                  Maguire.
        6.        Consider the reappointments of F. Lee Jones, Lowell Knapp and Timothy
                  McAuliffe to three-year terms on the Ethics Board expiring on December
                  31, 2023, and the appointment of F. Lee Jones as Chair of the Ethics
                  Board.
        7.        Consider the appointment of Joshua M. Harrison as a Police Officer as

                  recommended by the Chief of Police.
        8.        Consider a proposed local law amending 280-40(U)'s provisions on solar
                  energy systems and scheduling a public hearing.
        9.        Consider waiving building permit fees for weather-related damage to a
                  garage located at 1435 Western Avenue as recommended by the Chief
                  Building & Zoning Inspector.
