Consideration of Issuing a SEQR Negative Declaration for a 3 Lot Subdivision - John Raucci - 3476 Carman Road The applicant is proposing a 3 lot minor subdivision of 1.5 acres of land located in the Single-family (R15) District. Lot 1 will consist of a 28,421 sq. ft. lot and contains an existing accessory structure (vegetable stand). Lot 2 will consist of a 18, 752 sq. ft. of land and contains an existing single-family dwelling. Lot 3 will consist of a 18,752 sq. ft. lot. All proposed lots will be accessed from Carman Road. 4. Project Update and Consideration of Issuing a SEQR Negative Declaration for a 2 Lot Minor Subdivision - Joyce Livingston - 6180/6182 Johnston Road The applicant is proposing a 2 lot minor subdivision of 2.0 +/- acres of land located in the Residential Overlay (RO40) District. Lot 1 would measure 0.528 acres in size and includes an existing single-family dwelling. Lot 2 would measure 1.473 acres in size and includes a number of accessory buildings and single-family dwelling. 5. Site Plan Amendment Review for the Preserve at West Creek - Vosburgh Rd/Western Ave - Vosburgh Corner Associates, LLC The applicant is requesting to add 12 parking spaces to the site plan that was approved in July 2019 for a 112 unit apartment community on 10.32 acres located in the Multiple Residence (MR) District. 6. Site Plan Review for a Special Use Permit - Contractor Yard - 4304 Frederick Road - B&B Containers, Inc.
