Project Update for a 3 Lot Minor Subdivision - 6185 Johnston Road - Eric Yucai Li The applicant is proposing a 3 Lot Minor Subdivision of 2.2 acres located in the R15 District. Lot 1 will consist of 0.57 acres and contains an existing residential dwelling with accessory structures that will be removed as part of the subdivision. Lot 2 will consist of 0.9 acres and is undeveloped land. Lot 3 will consist of 0.74 acres and is undeveloped land. All three lots will be accessed from Johnston Road and will utilize a shared driveway. 4. PUBLIC HEARING. Possible Consideration of Final Plat Approval for a 2 Lot Minor Subdivision - Joyce Livingston - 6180/6182 Johnston Road The applicant is proposing a 2 lot minor subdivision of 2.0 +/- acres of land located in the Residential Overlay (RO40) District. Lot 1 would measure 0.528 acres in size and includes an existing single-family dwelling. Lot 2 would measure 1.473 acres in size and includes a number of accessory buildings and single-family dwelling. 5. DECISION ONLY. Consideration of Final Plat Approval for a 3 Lot Minor Subdivision - John Raucci - 3476 Carman Road The applicant is proposing a 3 lot minor subdivision of 1.5 acres of land located in the Single-family (R15) District. Lot 1 will consist of a 28,421 sq. ft. lot and contains an existing accessory structure (vegetable stand). Lot 2 will consist of a 18, 752 sq. ft. of land and contains an existing single-family dwelling. Lot 3 will consist of a 18,752 sq. ft. lot. All proposed lots will be accessed from Carman Road. 6. Consideration of Approval for an Amended Site Plan - The Preserve at West Guilderland Planning Board Page 1 of 2 Planning Board - 02/09/22 Creek - Vosburgh Rd/Western Ave - Vosburgh Corner Associates, LLC The applicant is requesting to add 12 parking spaces to the site plan that was approved in July 2019 for a 112 unit multiple-family residential community on 10.32 acres located in the Multiple Residence (MR) District. 7. Site Plan Review for a 24 Unit Multiple-family Development - 2 Crossgates Mall Road - Viscusi Builders, Ltd. The applicant is proposing a 24 unit multiple-family residential development with 2,800 square feet management office and gym, along with maintenance garage on 1.54 acres in the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) District. 8.
