The applicant provided a conventional subdivision layout to determine base density for the proposed cluster subdivision. The cluster subdivision proposes 37 lots to be accessed from Gun Club Road and 4 lots will be accessed from Armstrong Drive, off of NYS Route 146. The applicant is proposing a water main extension, from the vicinity of NYS Route 158/NYS Route 146, to Armstrong Drive.
