    3. Site Plan Review for a Special Use Permit - Special Occasion Facility (The
       BARN at Black Creek) - Chris Beckman - 580 NYS Route 146
       The applicant is proposing a special occasion facility on 31.3 acres +/- of land
       located in the Rural Agricultural (RA3) District. The facility will host events
       such as rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, showers, etc. The applicant indicates in
       the project narrative this will be a 'sister business' to The Appel Inn, but cater to
       smaller events (up to 100 people).


    4. Site Plan Review for a Special Use Permit - Ronnie's Motor Sports - 2337
       Western Avenue
       The applicant is proposing to expand the existing building and parking lot area
       on a 1.2 acre parcel located in the Local Business (LB) District. The existing
       building is 3,770 square feet and the applicant is proposing a 4,500 square feet
       addition.
