Consideration of Concept Plan Approval for a 4 Lot Minor Subdivision - 843 Altamont Voorheesville Road - Thomas Woods and Virginia Witter Woods The applicant is proposing a 4 lot subdivision of 316.7 acres of land located in the RA3 and RA5 Districts. Lot 1 would consist of 209.96 acres and is undeveloped land; Lot 2 would consist of 32.16 acres and is undeveloped land; Lot 3 would consist of 66.47 acres and is undeveloped land; and Lot 4 would consist of 15.55 acres and contains a single-family dwelling, accessory structures and cemetery. The property has frontage on Altamont Voorheesville Road and Brandle Road. 4. Site Plan Review for a Special Use Permit Amendment - Riitano Residential Facility, Independent Living - 6232 Johnston Road - Joseph Riitano The applicant is proposing an amendment to Special Use Permit No. 12-18 for a 3 story 72 unit Residential Facility - Independent Living development approved in June 2018. An area variance as approved with the original SUP approval, allowing a 3 story building, where a 2.5 story building is permitted. The applicant is requesting to install 14 garage spaces plus a maintenance space. The applicant indicates the tenants desire to have garage spaces available to them near the entrance to the building. The variance requested is to permit an accessory structure (garages) in a front and side yard, where location in a rear yard is required. 5. Other Business 6.
