        Approval of Town Board's June 21, 2022 meeting minutes
        Agenda
                  1. Consider adopting the draft resolution approving the submission of an
                  application for a 2022 smart growth community planning and zoning
                  grant for updating the comprehensive plan.
                  2. Consider adopting the draft resolution regarding the use of credit and
                  debit cards to collect fees, taxes, and other expenses as requested by the
                  Town Clerk.
                  3. Consider authorizing the purchase of a multi-purpose welder, a
                  budgeted item, for approximately $4,500 as requested by the
                  Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Management.
                  4. Consider the permanent appointment of Michael Fisher as a Laborer
                  in the Water Department.
                  5. Consider approving the replacement of a yield sign with a stop sign at
                  Jeanne Drive's intersection with East Lydius Street as recommended by
                  the Traffic Safety Committee.
                  6. Consider approving 2022 budget modifications as set forth in the
                  Fiscal Officer's memorandum.
                  7. Consider authorizing the release of $30,645.73 in escrowed funds to

                  Bentwood III Land Corp. as part of the Prescott Woods subdivision as
                  recommended by the Town designated engineer and Comptroller.
                  8. Consider waiving the building permit fees to repair water damage at
                  2811 Curry Road as recommended by the Chief Building & Zoning
                  Inspector.
                  9. Consider awarding the contract for the construction of the new EMS
                  station to M.A. Schafer Construction as recommended by the Town's
                  designated engineer.
                  10. Consider entering into executive session to discuss pending
                  litigation.
