    3. 3 Lot Minor Subdivision -- 1854 Western Avenue -- Laviano Properties, LLC

        The applicant is proposing a 3 lot minor subdivision of 1.2 acres +/- of land


        located in the Single-family Residential (R15) District. Parcel A would consist


        of 0.45 acres of land and has frontage on Western Avenue. Parcel B would


        consist of 0.35 acres of land and has frontage on Hanes Street. Parcel C would


        consist of 0.35 acres of land and would have frontage on Hanes Street. In the


        applicant's minor subdivision application it states the proposed Western Ave lot


        (Parcel A) may be requested to amend the zoning from the current R15 District


        to the Local Business (LB) District. The change in zone request would be


        handled via a separate application in which the Town Board would be the lead
