        A formal subdivision application has not been submitted. The Development


        Planning Committee (DPC) will review a sketch plan for a proposed 70 lot


        single-family subdivision on 87.3 acres +/- located in the Residential Overlay


        (RO40) District. The proposal includes tax map numbers: 39.00-3-28; 39.


        00-3-34; 39.00-3-35; and 39.00-3-36. Proposed access to the subdivision would


        be via an extension of Posson Road, extension of Concord Hill Drive and new


        access from NYS Route 146. The purpose of the meeting is to allow Town


        Departments to provide feedback to the applicant on various aspects of the


        sketch plan including, but not limited to stormwater, street layout, availability

        and adequacy of public facilities, environmental impacts, open space,


        sidewalks/trails, traffic, etc.




        The meetings are open to the public and the DPC welcomes input from the


        public at these meetings.
