Consideration of Issuing a SEQR Negative Declaration for a 3 Lot Minor Subdivision - 1854 Western Avenue - Laviano Properties, LLC The applicant is proposing a 3 lot minor subdivision of 1.2 acres +/- of land located in the Single-family Residential (R15) District. Parcel A would consist of 0.45 acres of land and has frontage on Western Avenue. Parcel B would consist of 0.35 acres of land and has frontage on Hanes Street. Parcel C would consist of 0.35 acres of land and would have frontage on Hanes Street. Public water and sewer are available to the property. In the applicant's minor subdivision application it states the proposed Western Ave lot (Parcel A) may be requested to amend the zoning from the current R15 District to the Local Business (LB) District. The change in zone request would be handled via a separate application in which the Town Board would be the lead agency. 4. Site Plan Review for a Special Use Permit - Change of Use from Warehouse to Office/Warehouse - 5640 Depot Road - Helderberg Roof Consultants, LLC The applicant is proposing to install an office use within an existing 9,720 square feet warehouse on 12.48 acres of land within the Industrial (I) District. The site contains two buildings, each 9,720 square feet in size, with one building used for cold storage and one for warehouse. 5. Site Plan Review for a Special Use Permit - Warehouse - 310 Wayto Road - Sandell Manufacturing, Inc. The applicant is proposing to construct a 10,800 square feet warehouse with loading docks on 11.2 acres of land located in the Industrial (I) District. The site contains two existing warehouse buildings.
