        Approval of the minutes for the Town Board's October 18, 2022 meeting
        Agenda
                  1. Consider rescheduling the public hearing for the proposed local law
                  regarding the preservation of native trees to December 6, 2022 at 7pm.
                  2. Consider adopting the proposed policy regarding EMS hospital
                  offload as recommended by the EMS Director.
                  3. Consider accepting the proposed utility and drainage easement for the
                  approved 3-lot minor subdivision at 6185 Johnston Road and authorizing
                  the signing of documents for its filing with the Albany County Clerk as
                  recommended by the Town Planner.
                  4. Consider approving the Host Community Agreement with the New
                  York Independent System Operator, Inc. for property located at 3890
                  Carman Road.
                  5. Consider the permanent appointment of Noah Ekstein to the position
                  of full-time emergency medical technician in the EMS Department as
                  requested by the Personnel Assistant.
                  6. Consider adopting the resolution approving the Comptroller's audit
                  findings and recommendations for the annual court records and financial
                  documents submitted by the Town Justices for the year ending December
                  31, 2020.
                  7. Consider adopting the resolution that establishes the standard workday
                  for job titles for the purpose of determining days worked to be reported to
                  the NYS & Local Employees Retirement System as recommended by the

                  Personnel Assistant.
                  8. Consider adopting the resolution that declares Saturday, November
                  26, 2022 as "Small Business Saturday."
                  9. Consider approving the names of private lanes for the "Apex at
                  Crossgates" development as requested by the Assessor.
                  10. Consider approving the re-levy of $199,411.04 in unpaid water bills
                  for the 2021-22 water billing cycle as requested by the Town Clerk.
                  11. Consider waiving building permit fees for the construction of the
                  new EMS Station at 400 Arthur's Place as recommended by the Chief
                  Building & Zoning Inspector.
