Agenda 1. Consider separating the EMS Division from the Police Department and creating the Department of Emergency Medical Services, and appointing Jay Tyler as EMS Director as recommended by the Medical Director and Chief of Police. A. Consider the appointment of Bradley Bingenheimer to Paramedic and title change for Sean McGaughnea to the Director of EMS Operations as recommended by the EMS Director. 2. Consider adopting the proposed Financial Hardship Program Policy for ambulance and other fees as recommended by the EMS Director. 3. Consider approving the proposed Stipulation of Settlement & Judicial Order in the proceeding by Brandle Limited Partnership and Fairway Limited Partnership as recommended by the Assessor and Daniel Vincelette, Esq. the Town's retained counsel. 4. Consider the following permanent appointments as recommended by the Comptroller: A. Rachel Hennet Keyboard Specialist (EMS Department) B. Thomas Nagengast Laborer/Pump & Controls Operator (Water Department) 5. Consider approving the Conservation Advisory Council's 2019 Report and Guilderland Town Board Page 1 of 3 Town Board Meeting - 03/03/20 forwarding to the Commissioner of the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation pursuant to NYS General Municipal Law §239-x(1)(f). 6. Consider naming the private road at Vosburgh Road and Western Avenue as West Creek Lane as requested by the Assessor. 7. Consider the appointment of Zachary Collen as a Police Officer as recommended by the Chief of Police. 8. Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign the following Performing Artists contracts as recommended by the Parks & Recreation Department: • Skeeter Creek-$2,300; • Damn the Torpedoes-2,850; • Overture-$600; • Aquanett-$1,750; • The McKrells-$1,750; • Tina Marie's Dance Academy-No Charge. 9. Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor and Town Attorney to sign documents releasing the Town's interest in 6264 Empire Ave., tax map no. 15.17-1-90 and 6265 Empire Ave., tax map no. 15.17-1-87 as recommended by the Highway Superintendent. 10. Consider waiving building permit fees for tree damage to a home located at 75 Chancellor Drive as recommended by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector. Supervisor's Update 1. Thruway's removal and renovation of Old State Road bridge Old State Road will be closed starting Monday, March 23, 2020 and will remain closed in both directions for the duration of the project.
