Consideration of Issuing a SEQR Negative Declaration for a 4 Lot Minor Subdivision - 843 Altamont Voorheesville Road - Thomas Woods and Virginia Witter Woods The applicant is proposing a 4 lot subdivision of 316.7 acres of land located in the RA3 and RA5 Districts. Lot 1 would consist of 209.96 acres and is undeveloped land; Lot 2 would consist of 32.16 acres and is undeveloped land; Lot 3 would consist of 66.47 acres and is undeveloped land; and Lot 4 would consist of 15.55 acres and contains a single-family dwelling, accessory structures and cemetery. The property has frontage on Altamont Voorheesville Road and Brandle Road. 4. Consideration of Concept Plan Approval for a 2 Lot Minor Subdivision - Vaughn Drive/Birch Drive - Diamond Home Designs, LLC The applicant is proposing a 2 lot minor subdivision of 9.5 acres of land located in the Residential Overlay (RO40) District. One driveway will enter the parcel from Vaughn Drive and then will split into 2 separate driveways to service each lot. Each lot will be serviced by municipal utilities. The subdivision was previously approved in 2008, but the applicant failed to record the plat with Albany County, therefore, the subdivision approval has expired. The subdivision now proposed is the same layout as approved in 2008. 5. Site Plan Review for an 8,000 Sq. Ft. Medical Office Building - 2500/2502 Western Avenue & 3 Hague Drive - Brithe Linnic, LLC The applicant is proposing an 8,000 square feet medical office building on 1.42 acres of land located in the Local Business (LB) District. Access to the site would be from Hague Drive. A total of 56 parking spaces are required. The applicant is proposing to install 35 parking spaces, with 21 banked spaces. Site Plan Review Associated with a Special Use Permit for a Garage Addition within an Existing Senior Living Facility - 2965 West Old State Road - Serafini Builders, Inc. The applicant is proposing to install a 5 bay garage attached to an existing building (Building 3) within a previously approved 12-unit senior living facility on 1.1 acres of land located in the Business Non-Retail Professional (BNRP) District. 7. Site Plan Review Associated with a Special Use Permit for an Office to Apartment Conversion within an Existing Mixed-Use Building - 1670/1672 Western Avenue - Antonio Aliberti The applicant is proposing to convert approximately 1,244 square feet of existing office space to (2) one-bedroom apartments within an existing mixed-use building on 0.34 acres of land located in the Local Business (LB) District.
