       Carolyn Jonientz

        The applicant is proposing a 2 lot minor subdivision on 8.09 acres of land


        located in the Rural Agricultural (RA3) District. Lot 1 would consist of 3.6


        acres and Lot 2 would consist of 4.5 acres. The minor subdivision application


        received concept plan approval at the January 25, 2023 Planning Board meeting.
