Possible Consideration of Site Plan Approval for an 8,000 Sq. Ft. Medical Office Building - 2500/2502 Western Avenue & 3 Hague Drive - Brithe Linnic, LLC The applicant is proposing an 8,000 square feet medical office building on 1.42 acres of land located in the Local Business (LB) District. Access to the site would be from Hague Drive. A total of 56 parking spaces are required. The applicant is proposing to install 35 parking spaces, with 21 banked spaces. 4. Final Site Plan Review - Black Creek Run Country Hamlet - Depot Road/School Road - Guilderland Center The applicant is proposing a 46-unit Country Hamlet, consisting of 24 single-family lots, 14 senior housing units and 8 townhome units located on 34.8 acres in the Rural Agricultural (RA3) District. The application has been reviewed by the Town Board and Planning Board from 2004 to 2015. In 2015 the Town Board approved a zone change from RA3 to Country Hamlet, but no Local Law was adopted by the Town Board or Local Law filed with the Department of State. Also, in 2015 the Planning Board granted preliminary site plan approval. From 2015 to 2022 no further action was taken by the Town related to the application.
