Consideration of Issuing a SEQR Negative Declaration and Possible Consideration of Final Plat Approval for a 2 Lot Minor Subdivision - Vaughn Drive/Birch Drive - Diamond Home Designs, LLC The applicant is proposing a 2 lot minor subdivision of 9.5 acres of land located in the Residential Overlay (RO40) District. One driveway will enter the parcel from Vaughn Drive and then will split into 2 separate driveways to service each lot. Each lot will be serviced by municipal utilities. The subdivision was previously approved in 2008, but the applicant failed to record the plat with Albany County, therefore, the subdivision approval has expired. The subdivision now proposed is the same layout as approved in 2008. 4. DECISION ONLY. Final Site Plan Review - Black Creek Run Country Hamlet - Depot Road/School Road - Guilderland Center The applicant is proposing a 46-unit Country Hamlet, consisting of 24 single-family lots, 14 senior housing units and 8 townhome units located on 34.8 acres in the Rural Agricultural (RA3) District. The application has been reviewed by the Town Board and Planning Board from 2004 to 2015. In 2015 the Town Board approved a zone change from RA3 to Country Hamlet, but no Local Law was adopted by the Town Board or Local Law filed with the Department of State. Also, in 2015 the Planning Board granted preliminary site plan approval. From 2015 to 2022 no further action was taken by the Town related to the application.
