        Agenda
                  1. Consider accepting the statements of work by CivicPlus for design
                  and maintenance of a new Town website, as recommended by the
                  Director of Information & Technology.
                  2. Consider accepting the proposed waterline easement on West Old
                  State Road, as recommended by the Planning Director.
                  3. Consider awarding the contract for HVAC improvements at Town
                  Hall to Family Danz, as lowest qualified bidder, in the amount of
                  $850,000, as recommended by the Town Engineer.
                  4. Consider awarding the contract for tax collection software to
                  Edmunds GovTech, Inc., as lowest qualified bidder, in the amount of
                  $20,550, as recommended by the Town Clerk.
                  5. Consider amending the 2023 budget, pursuant to NYS Town Law §
                  112, to transfer $20,550 from contingency (A1990.4) to equipment &
                  capital outlay (A13302.2) for the Edmunds GovTech, Inc. contract, as
                  recommended by the Fiscal Officer.
                  6. Consider adopting the resolution establishing the standard work day
                  and reporting for NYS retirement for Nicole Ventresca-Cohen and Kevin
                  McDonald, as requested by the Director of Human Resources.
                  7. Consider appointing James Welsch as Assistant Superintendent of the
                  Water & Wastewater Department.

                  8. Consider authorizing the Town Clerk and Supervisor to sign the water
                  warrant.
