Consideration of Final Plat Approval for a 2 Lot Minor Subdivision - Vaughn Drive/Birch Drive - Diamond Home Designs, LLC The applicant is proposing a 2 lot minor subdivision of 9.5 acres of land located in the Residential Overlay (RO40) District. One driveway will enter the parcel from Vaughn Drive and then will split into 2 separate driveways to service each lot. Each lot will be serviced by municipal utilities. The subdivision was previously approved in 2008, but the applicant failed to record the plat with Albany County, therefore, the subdivision approval has expired. The subdivision now proposed is a similar layout as approved in 2008. 4. Concept Plan Review for a 3 Lot Minor Subdivision - Settles Hill Road/Furbeck Road - Michael Flocuzzio The applicant is proposing a 3 lot minor subdivision of 15.31 acres of land located in the Rural Agricultural (RA5) District.
