        Approval of the minutes for the Town Board's June 6, 2023 meeting
        Agenda
                  1. Consider accepting the application for a change of zone of 34.86 acres
                  from a 128.4-acre parcel, with an address of 6283 Farm Lane, and located
                  east of the Western Turnpike Golf Course and west of Foundry Road,
                  from Residential Overlay (RO) District to Rural Agricultural (RA3)
                  District, and referring the application to the Planning Board for a report
                  and recommendation, as recommended by the Town Planner.
                  2. Consider adopting the resolution for the maintenance and retention of
                  electronic records, as requested by the Town Clerk.
                  3. Consider adopting the resolution for funding design costs for the
                  sidewalk on Carman Road (Route 146) between Western Avenue (Route
                  20) and East Old State Road.
                  4. Consider adopting the resolution for funding design costs for the
                  sidewalk on East Old State Road between Carman Road (Route 146) and
                  Hillview Drive.
                  5. Consider approving the 2022 audit reports for each of the Town
                  Justices, as requested by the Fiscal Officer.
                  6. Consider approving, pursuant to NYS Town Law 112, modifications
                  to the 2023 budget, as requested by the Fiscal Officer.
                  7. Consider appointing Dave Slover as Foreman in the Water &
                  Wastewater Management Department.
                  8. Consider waiving the building permit for repair of damage at 1602
                  Western Avenue (McDonald's Restaurant), as requested by the Chief
