        Approval of the minutes for the Town Board's September 5, 2023 meeting
        Agenda
                  1. Consider scheduling a public hearing for October 3, 2023 at 7pm on
                  the application for Black Creek Run Country Hamlet, as recommended by
                  the Town Planner.
                  2. Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign the Construction
                  Contract with Jahnke & Sons Construction, Inc. for the new fire training
                  center.
                  3. Consider adopting the resolution for the Town's administration of the
                  Town of Knox's Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program.
                  4. Consider adopting the resolution for the design and construction of the
                  bridge/culvert of Foundry Road over the Hunger Kill.
                  5. Consider authorizing the Comptroller's Office to close the listed
                  inactive escrow accounts, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.
                  6. Consider approving, under NYS Town Law 112, proposed
                  modifications to the 2023 adopted budget, as recommended by the Fiscal
                  Officer.
                  7. Consider acknowledging receipt and review of the 2022 Single Audit
                  of the Town's federal expenditures, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.
                  8. Consider authorizing the Western Turnpike Golf Course to issue a
                  request for proposals for leasing golf carts.
                  9. Consider making the following appointments to the Board of
                  Assessment Review, as recommended by the Assessor:

                         Teresa Freeman - permanent member, five-year term ending Sept. 30,
                         2027

                         Nancy Klopfer - alternate member, one-year term ending Sept. 30, 2024

                  10. Consider the permanent appointment of Aron Schauer to the position
                  of Parks and Building Maintenance in the Parks & Recreation
                  Department, as recommended by the Personnel Assistant.

                  1. Gary Sinise Foundation Award
                     Purchase of three Stryker Lucas devices by the EMS Dept.


                  2. Town's Fall 2023 Newsletter, with leaf pickup schedule
                  3. Household Hazardous Waste Day
                     Saturday, October 28 from 8am to 2pm at Highway Dept. garage


                  4. Recycling Extravaganza
                     Saturday, October 21 from 8am to 2pm at Farnsworth Middle School
