       Building - 5640 Depot Road - S&L Roofing
       The applicant is proposing to construct a 40' x 40' cold storage building on 12.5
       acres of land located in the Industrial District. No electricity or running water
       will be provided to the building. The purpose of constructing the building is to
       store equipment associated with the roofing business. There are two existing
       warehouse buildings on the property previously approved by Special Use
       Permits.


    4. Site Plan Review for a Residential Facility, Independent Living Development -
       3407 Carman Road - Donald F. Cropsey, Jr.
       The applicant is proposing a 12-unit residential facility, independent living
       development on 1 acre of land located in the Local Business (LB) District. The
       development will consist of 3 buildings with 4-units in each building.
