Introduction of New Conservation Advisory Council Members James Gaughan Anton Konev 3. 2 Lot Minor Subdivision - Grant Hill Road (Tax ID# 61.00-2-12.1) - Emery & Patricia Lemieux The Planning Board issued concept plan approval for the minor subdivision at their January 10, 2024 Board meeting. The applicant is proposing a 2 lot subdivision of 80.5 acres of land (Tax ID# 61.00-2-12.1) located in the RA3 District. Lot 1 would consist of 1.9 acres and would be located on the west side of Grant Hill Road. Lot 2 would consist of 78.51 acres and would be located on the east side of Grant Hill Road. An area variance for lot size reduction would be required on Lot 1. Beliveau The applicant is proposing a 2 lot subdivision of 91.68 acres +/- of land located in the RA3 District. Lot 1 would consist of 65.68 acres of land and Lot 2 would consist of 26 acres of land. Both lots would be accessed from West Old State Road. The application will be referred to the Town of Princetown and Town of Rotterdam considering the north property line abuts the two town boundaries.
