Consider approving the Emergency Medical Services' 2024 schedules of rates, charges for vendors, fees for education and training classes, and instructor pay rates (non-EMS staff), as recommended by the Director of EMS. 2. Consider authorizing the EMS Department to solicit proposals for fire suppression at the new EMS building, as requested by the Director of EMS. 3. Consider the permanent appointment of Hannah Clavijo and Tiffany DeCota as Emergency Medical Technicians, as requested by the Personnel Assistant. 4. Consider approving a determination under the State Environmental Quality Review Act and proposed local law for the proposed rezoning of property located at 1854 Western Avenue, and 51 & 53 Hanes Street. 5. Consider authorizing the Transfer Station to issue a request for sealed bids for grinding and removal of yard waste, as requested by the Superintendent of the Transfer Station. 6. Consider authorizing the Water Department to solicit proposals for Guilderland Town Board Page 1 of 2 Regular Meeting - 02/06/24 replacing water meters, as requested by the Superintendent of the Water & Wastewater Management. 7. Consider authorizing the Water Department to issue a request for sealed bids for chemicals for producing potable water, as requested by the Superintendent of the Water & Wastewater Management. 8. Consider authorizing the establishment and funding of Capital Project Fund H32 for the East Old State Road & Carman Road sidewalk and Capital Project Fund H28 for replacing of the culvert carrying the Hunger Kill under Foundry Road, as requested by the Fiscal Officer. 9.
