         Pursuant to Governor Cuomo's Executive Order 202.8, which bans large
         meetings due to coronavirus (COVID-19), and Executive Order 202.1,
         which suspends the Open Meetings Law, this meeting will be held
         electronically via conference call instead of a public meeting open for the
          public to attend in person. Members of the public may listen and view the
         meeting live on Verizon channel 34 and Spectrum channel 1303, on the
          Town website https://www.townofguilderland.org/town-meeting-videos, and
         may dial (518) 579-3721 to participate in a conference call. Minutes of the
         meeting will be transcribed and posted on the Town's website.

          Proposed local law which amends §280-40(U)'s supplemental regulations for
          solar energy systems.
        Agenda
        1.        Consider the purchase of the following equipment and purchase amounts
                  as recommended by the Director of Parks & Recreation:
                   • 2007 Kubota Tractor       $9,000.00
                   • Walk Greens Mowers (3) $8,985.00
        2.        Consider approving the following agreements with Technical Building
                  Services, Inc.:
                   • Maintenance Services Agreement $18,800.00 per year
                   • Proposal to replace compressor   $12,100.00.
        3.        Consider the waiving of building permit fees for the following properties
                  as recommended by the Chief Building Inspector & Zoning Inspector:
