        Approval of the minutes for the Town Board's February 6, 2024 meeting
        Agenda
                  1. Consider adopting a resolution in support of the Town's participation
                  in the State's Pro-Housing Community Program, as recommended by the
                  Town Planner.
                  2. Consider scheduling the 2024 Household Hazardous Waste Day on
                  Saturday, October 12 from 8am to 2pm at the Highway Department, as
                  requested by the Transfer Station Foreman.
                  3. Consider amending the Exhibit A (Town Officers and Employees
                  Required to File Annual Statement of Disclosure) by adding the Town
                  Engineer and Building Maintenance Supervisor, as requested by the Town
                  Clerk.
                  4. Consider authorizing the Parks & Recreation Department to issue a
                  request for proposals for the irrigation pump station at Nott Road Park, as
                  requested by the Director of Parks & Recreation Consider.
                  5. Consider approving the provisional appointment of Sheri Tallman as
                  Assistant Coordinator of Senior Citizens' Services in the Seniors
                  Department, as recommended by the interview committee.
                  6. Consider approving the permanent appointment of Michele Merritt as
                  Senior Keyboard Specialist in the Assessor's Office, as recommended by
                  the interview committee.
                  7. Consider approving the reappointment of Tim McAuliffe to the Ethics
                  Board, as recommended by the Chairperson of the Ethics Board.
                  8. Consider approving amendments to the 2023 Town budget, pursuant to
Guilderland Town Board                        Page 1 of 2                     Regular Meeting - 03/05/24
                  NYS Town Law § 112, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.
                  9. Consider waiving the building permit for the installation of a
                  temporary sign at the intersection of Route 146 and Depot Road,
                  Altamont, NY, as requested by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector.
