                  7pm Proposed Local Law No. 4 of 2024 to impose a six-month
                  moratorium on certain residential development
        Approval of the minutes for the Town Board's March 19, 2024 meeting
        Agenda
                  1. Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor and Town Attorney to sign
                  documents for the swap of land between the Town and Northeastern IP
                  Holdings, Inc. for the construction of the new fire training facility, as
                  recommended by the Town Attorney.
                  2. Consider authorizing the Town Clerk and Town Supervisor to sign the
                  Water Warrant in the amount of $158,113.56, as requested by the
                  Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Management, Town Engineer,
                  and Town Planner.
                  3. Consider the following appointments as recommended by the
                  Interview Committee:
                     Ethan Turner -Permanent Emergency Medical Technician, EMS Dept.
                     Jake Clinton - Permanent Emergency Medical Technician, EMS Dept.
                     Michaela Shulman - Provisional Telecommunicator, Police Dept.




                  4. Consider the following appointments as recommended by the Director

                  of Parks and Recreation:
                     Timothy Downey - Permanent Laborer II, Parks Department
                  5. Consider approving, pursuant to NYS Town Law § 112, modifications
                  to the Town's approved 2024 budget, as recommended by the Fiscal
                  Officer.
                  6. Consider awarding the contract for the installation of a sprinkler
                  system at Guilderland EMS Station 3 to SRI Fire Sprinkler, LLC, who
                  was the lowest, responsible bidder, as recommended by the Director of
                  EMS.
