        Approval of the minutes for the Town Board's June 5, 2024 meeting
        Agenda
                  1. Consider an appeal under the Freedom of Information Law from the
                  Town Clerk's denial of the request for a copy of the draft Comprehensive
                  Plan.
                  2. Consider adopting a resolution designating the Town of Guilderland
                  as a Purple Heart Town, as recommended by the Town Clerk.
                  3. Consider scheduling a public hearing for August 13, 2024 at 7pm, on
                  a local law to increase the terms of office of the Town Clerk and Town
                  Supervisor from two to four years.
                  4. Consider the permanent appointment of Daniel Haggerty to the
                  position of Laborer I in the Parks Department, as requested by the
                  Personnel Assistant.
                  5. Consider the permanent appointment of Catherine Krausse to the
                  position of Paramedic in the Department of Emergency Medical Services,
                  as requested by the Personnel Assistant.
                  6. Discussion about establishing a Town committee to commemorate the
                  250th anniversary of the American Revolution.
