Consideration of Site Plan Approval for a Proposed Change of Use from Residential (Single-family) to Commercial (General Office) - Austin Taylor - 1818 Western Avenue The applicant is proposing to convert an existing residential dwelling to an office use on 0.19 acres of land located in the BNRP District. The office will have two employees, with no customers coming to the location. The plans have been updated from the September 25th meeting to show 6 banked parking spaces, including one accessible space, at the rear of the building. 4. PUBLIC HEARING. Consideration of Site Plan Amendment Approval for a Previously Approved Senior Living Facility - 3407 Carman Road - Tralongo 3407, LLC The applicant is proposing to amend a previously approved site plan for a 12-unit senior living facility on 1 acre of land located in the Local Business District. In May 2024 the Planning Board approved a 12-unit senior living facility consisting of three 4-unit buildings. The property was recently sold and the new owner would like to amend the site plan, proposing one 12-unit building and a detached 6 stall garage building. 5. Concept Plan Review - 4 Lot Minor Subdivision - 3852 Western Turnpike - All American Tree Company, Inc. The applicant is proposing a 4 lot subdivision of 242 acres of land located in the Rural Agricultural (RA3) District. Lots 1-3 will be located on the north side of Western Turnpike (NYS Route 20). Lot 1 will measure 3.81 acres. Lot 2 will measure 6.78 acres. Lot 3 will measure 5.78 acres. All lots will consist of private wells and septic systems. Site Plan Review Associated with a Special Use Permit - Convenience Store w/ Fuel Pumps - 456 NYS Route 146 - Guilderland Food Mart, Inc The applicant is proposing to renovate and convert an existing service station with fuel pumps to a convenience store with fuel pumps on 0.5 acres located in the General Business (GB) District.
