       and Consideration of Final Plat Approval - 2 Lot Minor Subdivision - 2 Van
       Buren Blvd (Northeast Industrial Park) - Northeastern IP Holdings, Inc
       The applicant is proposing a two lot subdivision on 209.35 acres of land in the
       Industrial (IN) District and located in the Northeast Industrial Park. The
       proposed new lot will consist of a 4.85 acre parcel that will be conveyed to the
       Town of Guilderland and is the site of the Town of Guilderland Fire Training
       Facility (new fire tower under construction). The remaining 204 acres will
       remain as part of the Northeast Industrial Park.


    4. PUBLIC HEARING. Consideration of Issuing a SEQR Negative Declaration
       and Consideration of Final Plat Approval - 3 Lot Subdivision - Biernacki
       Property Management - 2801 West Old State Road
       The applicant is proposing a 3 lot minor subdivision of 6.56 acres of land located
       in the Single-family (R40) District. Lot 1 will consist of 1.07 acres, contains an
       existing single-family dwelling with garage, and is accessed from West Old
       State Road. Lot 2 will consist of 1.04 acres and will be accessed from West Old
       State Road. Lot 3 will consist of 4.5 acres and will be accessed from West Old
       State Road.
