The proposed new lot will consist of a 4.85 acre parcel that will be conveyed to the Town of Guilderland and is the site of the Town of Guilderland Fire Training Facility (new fire tower under construction). The remaining 204 acres will remain as part of the Northeast Industrial Park. 4. PUBLIC HEARING. Lot 1 will consist of 1.07 acres, contains an existing single-family dwelling with garage, and is accessed from West Old State Road.
