       The applicant is proposing to demolish the existing 6,338 square feet fire house
       and construct a new 12,375 square feet fire house on 0.73 acres located in the
       BNRP District.


    4. Site Plan Review Associated with a Special Use Permit - Residential Facility,
       Independent Living - West Old State Road Tax ID# 27.19-1-5.3 - Serafini
       Builders, Inc.
       The applicant is proposing a 12 unit residential facility, independent living
       project consisting of three buildings with 4 units in each building on 1.37 acres
       located in the BNRP District. A garage space will be provided for each unit.
