Call to Order 2. 2 Lot Minor Subdivision - 2272 W Old State Rd - Michael J Della Rocco III The Applicant is proposing a 2 lot subdivision of 41 acres of land located in the RA3 District. Lot 1 would consist of 3 acres of land and Lot 2 would consist of 38 acres of land and contains an existing single-family dwelling, barns and garage. 3. 8 Lot Major Subdivision - Gari Lane/West Lydius St - JRG Builders, LLC The applicant is proposing an 8 lot major subdivision on 3.8 acres of land located in the R15 District. The applicant presented a keyhole lot layout and cul de sac layout at the Planning Board's February 26th meeting. The Planning Board issued concept plan approval at their February 26th meeting and indicated they were not supportive of the cul de sac layout. The Planning Board supported Guilderland Conservation Advisory Council Page 1 of 2 Conservation Advisory Council - 03/10/25 8 lots that would all front Gari Lane and to remove the 2 keyhole lots. The Planning Board was supportive of reducing the lot widths to accommodate all lots fronting Gari Lane as it would reduce the area of disturbance associated with the keyhole lots and many of the existing lot in the neighborhood have 80' lot widths, where a 100' lot width is required in the R15 District. 4.
