        Approval of the minutes for the Town Board's May 6, 2025 meeting
        Regular Meeting Agenda
                  1. Consider approving the proposed settlement of the tax certiorari
                  proceeding for 2024 brought by Vosburgh Corner Associates, LLC for an
                  apartment complex on Vosburgh Road, with a total Town tax refund of
                  $1,689.25
                  2. Consider approving the proposed settlement of the tax certiorari
                  proceeding for 2024 brought by Guilderland Partners of Albany, LP for
                  the Tractor Supply Store located at 2327 Western Avenue, with a total
                  Town tax refund of $1,026.22
                  3. Consider the review and acknowledgement of the draft December 31,
                  2024 Single Audit of the Town's federal expenditures, as recommended
                  by the Fiscal Officer.
                  4. Consider scheduling a public hearing for Tuesday, June 3 at 7pm at
                  Town Hall on a proposed local law to amend Town Code Chapter 177
                  (Flood Damage Prevention).
                  5. Consider scheduling a public hearing for Tuesday, June 3 at 7:15pm at
                  Town Hall on an application for an exception to the moratorium on
                  certain residential development for proposed affordable and workforce
                  housing at 6 & 10 Mercy Care Lane.
                  6. Consider approving amendments to the Town's 2025 budget under
                  NYS Town Law § 112, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.
                  7. Consider adopting the 2025 Standard Work Day and Reporting
                  Resolution for the listed persons, as requested by the Town Comptroller.

                  8. Discussion regarding next steps in the Comprehensive Plan Update
                  process.
