        Approval of the minutes for the Town Board's June 3, 2025 meeting
        Regular Meeting Agenda
                  1. Project update on the application for the proposed Black Creek Run
                  residential development located at 6250 Depot Road and School Road in
                  Guilderland Center, and consider scheduling a public hearing on the
                  application for August 19 at 7pm.
                  2. Consider extending the moratorium on certain residential
                  developments (Local Law No. 3 of 2025) by two months until September
                  5.
                  3. Consider scheduling a continuation of the public hearing on the
                  Comprehensive Plan Update for July 15 at 7:15pm.
                  4. Consider adopting the proposed resolution declaring the Town's intent
                  to enter into a water supply agreement with the Village of Altamont, as
                  recommended by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater
                  Management.
                  5. Consider approving amendments to the Town's 2025 budget under
                  NYS Town Law § 112, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.
                  6. Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign the lease agreement
                  for the house at the Western Turnpike Golf Course.
                  7. Consider awarding the contract for the replacement of the culvert on
                  Grand Street in the Village of Altamont to the lowest responsible bidder.
                  8. Consider the appointment of James Arango to the position of Police
                  Officer, as recommended by the Chief of Police.

                  9. Consider waiving the building permit for upgrading emergency
                  communications equipment at Town Hall, 5209 Western Turnpike, as
                  requested by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector.

                  1. Town EMS awarded American Heart Association's Gold Award.
