                  1. Consider adopting the proposed resolution that adopts the 2025
                  Albany County Hazard Mitigation Plan.
                  2. Consider scheduling a public hearing for Tuesday, August 19 at
                  7:15pm on the proposed resolution for a bond anticipation note in support
                  of an application for funding for green filter installation at the Town's
                  water wells.
                  3. Consider adopting the Title VI plan for transportation by the Senior
                  Services Department, as recommended by the Town Attorney
                  4. Consider the permanent appointment of Brittany Zuspann to the
                  position of Senior Keyboard Specialist, as recommended by the Personnel
                  Assistant.

                  5. Consider adopting the proposed resolution approving the Town
                  Comptroller's audits of the financial documents of the Town justices for
                  2024, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.
