Site Plan Review Associated with a Special Use Permit - Drive-through Restaurant - 1621 Western Ave - Dynamic Develop Ventures, LLC The applicant is proposing a drive-through restaurant on 2.77 acres of land located in the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) District. 5.
