                  At 7:05pm Public hearing on the assessment roll for the Guilderland
                  Sewer Improvement Area under NYS Town Law § 202-A, as requested
                  by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Department.
        Public Comment
                  Approval of the minutes for the Town Board's October 7, 2025 meeting
        Regular Meeting Agenda
                  1. Consider authorizing amendments to the adopted 2025 budget,
                  pursuant to NYS Town Law § 112, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.
                  2. Consider waiving the building fee relating to construction of a storage
                  structure at EMS Station One, located at 200 Centre Drive, Albany NY, as
                  requested by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector.
        Supervisor's Updates
                 1. Drug Take Back Day
                 Saturday, October 25 from 10am to 2pm at the auxiliary parking lot at the
                 Guilderland Public Library.


                 2. 1st Annual Holiday Tree Celebration
                 Saturday, December 6 from 5pm to 8pm. Trees are available for purchase.
