        Approval of the minutes for the Town Board's November 6, 2025 public hearing
        on the Town's 2026 budget.
        Approval of the minutes for the Town Board's November 6, 2025 regular
        meeting.
        Agenda
        1. Consider adopting a determination under the State Environmental Quality
        Review Act and a resolution for the Comprehensive Plan Update.
        2. Consider adopting an initial decision, pursuant to Town Code
        §280-17(E)(2), on whether to consider the Dutch Mill Acres Planned Unit
        Development at 3663 Carman Road based on the report from the Town Planner
        and whether the proposal meets the intent of this section, as requested by the
        Town Planner.
        3. Consider adopting the resolution for acquiring real property by eminent
        domain proceedings for the sidewalk project on Carman Road and West Old
        State Road.
        4. Consider scheduled a public hearing for December 2 at 7pm authorizing the
        demolition, under Town Code § 45-4 (C), of an unsafe structure located at 2380
        Western Avenue, as requested by the Building & Zoning Department.
        5. Consider authorizing the installation of a stop sign on DiBella Drive at
        Salvia Lane, as requested by the Traffic Safety Committee.
        6. Consider scheduling a public hearing for December 2 at 7:15pm on a local
        law to adopt the NYS Vehicle & Traffic Law Article 32 in the Town Code, as
        requested by the Traffic Safety Committee.
    1. 7. Consider scheduling a public hearing for December 2 at 7:30pm on a local

        law for moratorium on the use or sale of biosolids for a six-month period.
        8. Consider authorizing amendments to the adopted 2025 Town budget,
        pursuant to NYS Town Law § 112, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.

        1. Thanksgiving Town Hall and the Transfer Station are closed on
        Thursday, November 27 & Friday, November 28
        2. Holiday parade and tree lighting Saturday, December 6 at 7pm at Western
        Turnpike Golf Course
        3. 2025 Holiday Greens Show ("Winter Whites & Lights") Guilderland
        Garden Club & Guilderland Historical Society at Mynderse-Frederick House
