        The applicant is proposing to conserve 10 acres of a 13 acre parcel in a perpetual


        conservation easement. If approved, the proposed length of the conservation


        easement would allow the property owner to receive a 90% exemption from


        Town and County property taxes. In 2022, the Conservation Easement Review


        Board reviewed a proposed perpetual easement on a 60 acre parcel of land on


        Wormer Road, abutting the subject parcel to the West and North. The Town


        Board approved the conservation easement.
