       The applicant is proposing a 2 lot subdivision of 25.5 acres of land located in the
       RA3 District. Lot 1 will consist of 22.1 acres and contains an existing
       single-family residence. Lot 2 will consist of 3.03 acres of land and is currently
       undeveloped.
